תקנון ותנאי שימוש באתר

1. כללי והגדרות

אתר fennecsig.com (להלן: "האתר") מופעל על ידי Fennec Signal (פנק סיגנל), עסק עצמאי לייעוץ בסטטיסטיקה, בינה מלאכותית ולמידת מכונה ועיבוד אותות, בבעלות ד"ר בועז שוורץ, מזכרת בתיה (להלן: "העסק").

הגלישה באתר כפופה לתנאים המפורטים בתקנון זה. עצם הגלישה באתר מהווה הסכמה מצד המשתמש כי קרא את התקנון, הבין את תוכנו ומסכים לתנאיו. מי שאינו מסכים לתנאים מתבקש שלא לעשות שימוש באתר.

התקנון מנוסח בלשון זכר מטעמי נוחות בלבד ופונה לכל המגדרים.

2. אופי האתר - מידע בלבד

האתר הוא אתר תדמית: הוא מציג את תחומי העיסוק של העסק, פרויקטים שבוצעו, לקוחות ודרכי יצירת קשר. לא ניתן לרכוש באמצעות האתר שירותים או מוצרים, לא מתבצעת בו סליקה ואין בו הזמנה של שירות.

המידע באתר אינו מהווה הצעה מחייבת, ייעוץ מקצועי או התחייבות למתן שירות. כל התקשרות עם העסק נעשית בנפרד, בהסכם בכתב בין הצדדים, ובכפוף לזמינות העסק ולתנאיו באותה עת.

3. קניין רוחני

כל התכנים באתר - טקסטים, תרשימים, תמונות, עיצוב, הלוגו וסימני המסחר של העסק - הם רכושו של העסק או של מי שהתיר לו את השימוש בהם. סימני מסחר ולוגו של לקוחות ושותפים מוצגים ברשות בעליהם ונותרים רכושם.

אין להעתיק, לשכפל, להפיץ, לפרסם או לעשות שימוש מסחרי בתכני האתר, כולם או חלקם, ללא אישור מפורש ובכתב מהעסק. מותר לקשר לדפי האתר, ובלבד שהקישור אינו מציג את התכנים כאילו הם של אחר.

4. הגבלת אחריות

העסק משקיע מאמץ בדיוק המידע באתר, אך המידע ניתן כמות שהוא (As Is) וייתכנו בו אי-דיוקים, טעויות או מידע שאינו מעודכן. תיאורי הפרויקטים הם תיאורים כלליים ואינם מהווים מצג לגבי תוצאות של עבודה עתידית.

העסק לא יישא באחריות לכל נזק, ישיר או עקיף, שייגרם למשתמש או לצד שלישי כתוצאה מהסתמכות על המידע באתר או מהשימוש בו. העסק אינו מתחייב שהגלישה באתר תהיה רציפה או חסינה מהפרעות, תקלות או גישה בלתי מורשית.

5. פרטיות

האתר הציבורי אינו אוסף פרטים אישיים מהגולשים: אין בו טפסים, אין רישום, ואין בו קובצי cookie של העסק. ההגדרות שנבחרו בתפריט הנגישות נשמרות באחסון המקומי של הדפדפן בלבד ואינן נשלחות לעסק או לכל גורם אחר.

האתר מוגש באמצעות שירותי Cloudflare, הרושמים נתונים טכניים של הגלישה (כגון כתובת IP, סוג הדפדפן ומועד הבקשה) לצורכי אבטחה ותפעול, בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות של Cloudflare.

פנייה לעסק בדואר אלקטרוני או בטלפון היא מרצונו של הפונה; הפרטים שיימסרו בה ישמשו למענה לפנייה ולהתקשרות הנובעת ממנה בלבד, ולא יועברו לצד שלישי אלא על פי דין. חלקים מהאתר סגורים למשתמשים מוזמנים בלבד; כתובת דואר אלקטרוני שנמסרת מרצון בטופס בקשת הגישה לחלקים אלה נשמרת לצורך בחינת הבקשה בלבד.

למשתמש הזכות לעיין במידע שנשמר עליו, לבקש את תיקונו או את מחיקתו, בפנייה לעסק בדרכי ההתקשרות שלהלן.

6. קישורים חיצוניים

האתר כולל קישורים לאתרים חיצוניים (כגון LinkedIn, מפות Google ואתרי לקוחות). העסק אינו שולט בתכני האתרים האלה, אינו אחראי להם ואינו אחראי לכל נזק שייגרם מהשימוש בהם. הופעת קישור אינה מהווה המלצה על האתר המקושר.

7. נגישות

העסק פועל להנגשת האתר לאנשים עם מוגבלות. פרטי ההתאמות, מגבלותיהן ודרכי הפנייה לרכז הנגישות מופיעים בהצהרת הנגישות.

8. שינויים וסמכות שיפוט

העסק רשאי לשנות את תנאי התקנון ואת תכני האתר בכל עת וללא הודעה מוקדמת. התקנון המחייב הוא זה המפורסם באתר במועד הגלישה.

על תקנון זה ועל השימוש באתר יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל בלבד. סמכות השיפוט הייחודית והבלעדית בכל מחלוקת הנוגעת לאתר או לתקנון נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז מרכז.

1. General

fennecsig.com (the "site") is operated by Fennec Signal, the independent consulting practice of Dr. Boaz Schwartz, Mazkeret Batya, Israel, in statistics, AI/ML and signal processing (the "practice"). Browsing the site is subject to these terms; by browsing it you confirm that you have read them and agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Information only

The site presents the practice's areas of work, past projects, clients and contact details. Nothing can be bought or ordered through it and no payment is taken on it. Nothing on the site is a binding offer, professional advice or a commitment to provide a service; any engagement is made separately, by written agreement, subject to the practice's availability and terms at the time.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the site - text, diagrams, images, design, the logo and trademarks of the practice - belongs to the practice or to those who licensed it. Clients' and partners' logos and trademarks are shown with their owners' permission and remain theirs. Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing or making commercial use of the content, in whole or in part, without the practice's express written consent is not permitted. Linking to pages of the site is permitted as long as the content is not presented as someone else's.

4. Limitation of liability

The practice takes care over the accuracy of the information on the site, but it is provided as is and may contain inaccuracies, errors or outdated information. Project descriptions are general and are no representation about the results of future work. The practice is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, caused to a user or a third party by reliance on the site or by its use, and does not warrant that browsing will be uninterrupted or free of faults or unauthorised access.

5. Privacy

The public site collects no personal details: it has no forms, no registration and no cookies of the practice's own. The choices made in the accessibility menu are kept in the browser's local storage only and are sent nowhere. The site is served through Cloudflare, which records technical data of a visit (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and operation, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. Contacting the practice by email or telephone is voluntary; the details given are used only to answer and to follow up, and are not passed to third parties except as required by law. Parts of the site are open to invited users only; an email address given voluntarily on the access-request form for those parts is kept only to consider the request. You may ask to see, correct or delete information held about you by contacting the practice as below.

6. External links

The site links to external sites (such as LinkedIn, Google Maps and clients' sites). The practice does not control their content, is not responsible for it and is not liable for any damage arising from their use. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Accessibility

The practice works to make the site accessible to people with disabilities. The adjustments made, their limitations and how to reach the accessibility coordinator are in the accessibility statement.

8. Changes and jurisdiction

The practice may change these terms and the site's content at any time without notice; the terms published on the site at the time of browsing are the ones that apply. These terms and the use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel alone, and the competent courts of the Central District of Israel have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute concerning the site or these terms.
